How to use social media to make your next event ‘pop’

The first quarter of 2012 felt like it was spent doing work around one event after another. CES in Las Vegas, Mobile World Congress in Barcelona, SXSW in Austin and multiple client events sprinkled between.

I did my best to examine how social media was being utilized by the organizers as well as attendees at each event (as well as a few others from the recent past).

Using examples from things seen, heard and observed, I’ve compiled a list of six ways to bring your next event to life using social media. That list is up on Mashable, go check it out and let me know what you think.
